Guest guest
I used the recipe for cooked mayo on SCDrecipe nad it looked thick at first but after all the oil was in it turned thin as water. Can it be saved?? Did I add the oil too fast maybe?? na, 13, SCD 3 months

Guest guest
I recently replied to a post and explained how to fix " broken " mayo. It's post # 17679 titled cooking disasters. Or you can do a search in the archives for " broken mayo. " It's probably because the oil was added too fast. I've done it before; you really have to add it drop by drop by first and I " m not the most patient cook. Good luck!
