So... I have an appointment with Dr. Fisher in January 6th at 11am...

That's what my postcard says.

Yesterday, I get a phone call from them saying I can't have an

appointment with Dr. BAGGS, because he will be on vacation so they

scheduled me with Dr. Park.

I called them twice today, and left the same message. Does anyone

ever answer the phone there or is it always voicemail? I never

received a call back to straighten it out..

Plus, I really want to keep the appointment with Dr. Fisher. I guess

I'm superstitious, he was the doctor first assigned to me...it's a

Karma kind of thing.

Well....... I finally got a call back from whoever at Richmond. It

seems that Dr. Fisher has some meeting that day and they did schedule

me with Dr. Parks.....oh gee, here we go again! If I want to see Dr.

fisher it will have to be later in January. I wonder why I get

penalized because he has a meeting! This is the most frustrating

bureaucracy !! I really wanted to see Dr. Fisher... Woe is me :-(

I've heard lots of really good stuff about Dr. Baggs. Sounds like he has

the best, er, people skills of the surgeons there. Can you get in to see

him earlier?
