Guest guest
Hi - Today I don't seem to be as hungry as usual. I only had 1/3 of a donut with some coffee for breakfast. But, I felt comfortably full after that. Normally, I eat more. While still getting used to the hunger/fullness thing...I still want to be " more hungry " so I can eat more. But, I'm realizing that not every day is the same. This is something even diets didn't teach you. Like with Weight Watchers, you were supposed to eat your given amount of points each day, no matter what. How can that be teaching you the right way to eat. More and more I see how diets don't work and even hurt you. Happy Day everyone!
Guest guest
That is so true!! Some days I just don't feel very hungry ... the next day I usually have more hunger, but the lovely thing about IE is that we can honor both states I can relate also about wanting to have more hunger so I can justify more mouth-pleasure But as I slow down and really, really experience my food, it just stops tasting as good as my hunger is satisfied ... and I'm learning to put aside the plate and save it for later, not as a " diet trick " , but so that I can enjoy it again to the fullest extent when my body is ready for it. It's a slow, slow lesson for me (as I also get great comfort from the feeling of fullness), but I'm getting there Mikki ..
