Guest guest Posted March 21, 2009 Report Share Posted March 21, 2009 Welcome to the group. I used to react to 'organic/healthy' with a diet mentality type of reaction - thinking of these as 'rules'!! Now I pretty much think that what my body indicates it wants is 'healthy' eating. As to organic, for me that means obtaining the most wholesome foods I can find and preparing these in as basic/light a manner as suits my tastes sounds right to me. Looking forward to sharing your IE journey as you find what suits your eating needs too.
