EATING STYLE: Unconscious Eater TRIGGER: Eating while doing something else at the same time. CHARACTERISTIC: This person is often unaware that he/she is eating, or how much is being eaten. To sit down and simply eat is often viewed as a waste of time. Eating is usually paired with another activity to be productive. There are many subtypes. I pretty much have gained TOO much over the past few years. Yesterday I was sitting watching TV and really realized how uncomfortable I am sitting, breathing, fitting in my clothes. What a difference weight makes, huh? I would love friendship, support, advice, ideas - anything to help lose this weight. I hate the word diet. I hate that I would have to be on a special plan instead of having a normal sit-down meal with my family. I don't like the fact of pre-packaged foods, carbs only, proteins only, no fat, no sugar - it's mad I tell you, MAD!! Thanks again for having me. Feel free to ask me anything to get to know me!!
