Before you consider any supplement or herb, review its possible interactions or side effects. For example, keep in mind the ginkgo, ginseng, and fish oil can all increase teh effects of blood thinning drugs; ginger can increase the side effect of nonsteroidal andti inflammatories and zinc can interfere wtih glucocorticoids and other immunosuppresive drugs.
