That the more you embrace IE, the less you focus on food? I went all day

yesterday without eating much! I helped dig and post over 40 fence posts and

drank a lot of water. Now, working beside my dear husband that was very fun

exercise in the sun!

When I used to restrict food it was constantly on my mind. I like to compare it

to this: When my husband is home, we may not talk a lot, but when he's gone I

have so much to tell him and think about him all day!

Very much noticed this. It seems like as newbies we all start out with an over

focus on FOOD and EATING. As one practices the IE suggested practices regarding

food and eating, it seems that both of these get put back into the proper

'place' within a person and less a wedge to be used by others against ourselves.

I had to grin to read that you dug 40 fence posts. Having fenced 40 acres

ourselves, I so know how good work that is! I never had any urge to join a gym

when I could do such work. (my latest project is a rock wall for our garden -

many large rocks too). Do watch out for too much sun too. Sun stroke can (and

does) happen.

Congrats on your IE journey :) - Katcha
