I'm sure I can figuer it out but you might want to email her first and ask her to put the things in there you want. We also have a data base that im not sure how that works ether. I'm open to learning though if anyone want to give me some input. I think we had the calendar open at one point but someone kept going in and erasing all the stuff so we made it only for moderator.
