Eliza: What has helped me to challenge what everyone else says you should do is say"Where is it Written" ? Where is it written that I cant have last nights dinner for breakfast, where is it written that I cant have cereal or oatmeal for dinner.. Its amazing when you do this to see how we have been following everything, everyone's ideas outside of us, and not looking inward toward our feelings. As soon as I stopped judging myself and giving my self permission to follow my heart, the whole eating drama changed. Its amazing how one small act of compassion toward yourself can start the ball rolling and change the way you relate to yourself.

We found the real 'Hotel California' and the 'Seinfeld' diner. What will you find? Explore WhereItsAt.com.

I used to think that you could only eat certain foods for certain meals. But I've gotten over that since starting IE. My new favourite breakfast is macaroni and cheese!! And I had scrambled eggs for supper last night. It really doesn't matter...just eat what you want at the time!
