i have yet to see a multi except perhaps a low rda b multi that is

not seriously flawed.

wrong forms, unbalanced doses its just impossible to get an adequate

multi and supplementation has to be done individually with the

possible exception of cutting down a b only multi.

90% of the supplementation i have seen done on the autism boards is

toxic and why the kids keep going in recovery regression cycles.

andrew scd appropriately mineralised

problem with Immunoglobulins and T-cells. She wants her on a good

multi that will include some of what she is deficient in

also..........niacin, riboflavin, manganese, etc. She suggested Dr.

Bradstreet's vitamins, Learners' Edge. The only added ingredients

besides the minerals and vitamins were microcrystalline cellulose and

ascorbyl palimate. I know the first one is legal but the second one

was not on list. If these are not legal will have to do the

Kirkman's Children's Multi. Can anyone tell me if the Learner's Edge

multi is legal? Also is anyone knows anything about Carnitine I

would be interested.

Kathy,

There is also the Brainchild's multi that is SCD okay. I think it is

the Ultra-sensitive formulation. Brainchilds often are more effective

than other brands and are highly absorbable for injured guts. Just

another option you might not have known about. I have used the

Minerals only as that is why my son needs.

if this is the formula

" Minerals/Trace Elements Per Day

Accessory Nutrients (1 oz)

Calcium (Kreb's chelates) 300 mg

Calcium D-Glucarate 100 mg

Chromium (Kreb's Chelates) 100 mcg

Magnesium (Kreb's chelates) 375 mg

Manganese (Succinate) 6 mg

Molybdenum (Kreb's chelates) 200 mcg

Potassium (Alpha-Ketoglutarate) 99 mg

Selenium (Selenomethionine) 100 mcg

Zinc (Kreb's chelates) 50 mg

i would get a hair test.

Thanks and , What I am really looking for or what she needs is

something with Riboflavin, Niacin,iron and

Manganese since her metabolic test showed deficient in those. All the

others we are doing separately.

Calcium, Mag. Citrate ( for C.), Cod Liver Oil, Omega 3's, Vitamin C,

Folate, B-12 shots, glutathione infusions, and zinc.

That is why the DAN Dr. said a good multi will get her what she needs as

well a support the immune system because immune tests came back with very

low Igg and Iga Immunoglobulins and T-killer cells.

Thank you for your advice.
