Hi,

Yes, the tiny scoop is really what you need. I mix the tiny scoop with water

and give by spoon to my son and he takes it just fine; I give him a cup of

water to drink afterwards. I take some like that myself. It works!

Do I give the WHOLE scoop or just 1/3 of the scoop? I thought I read a thread

about only giving 1/3 of the scoop? Sorry to be a pain - just want to clarify!

He told me over the phone to give one scoop so I thought I wasn't supposed to

listen to him! LOL

" Is this stuff really that strong? "

yes

" the ice packs were melted and the bottle was room temperature when I

received it. Should I be concerned? I opened the box right away and

put the powder in the freezer, but I'm concerned "

no worries, you did the right thing.
