Guest guest Posted August 16, 2001 Report Share Posted August 16, 2001 Yet another day: B. 2 scrambled eggs, 5 slices of bacon L. 6 kebabs made with meat and onion, small salad (olive oil and lemon dressing), diet sprite D. last part of cauliflower and zucchini casserole, 2 T of sour cream So far 17 carbs of which 3 fiber. 1685 cals, 117 gr protein, 126 gr fat. It's 10:20 pm, wondering if I should eat anything else. Not really hungry but sorta 'want' something. My throat aches from yelling - went out to bring something from the car, and the dogs came with me - including my friend's male dog who suddenly decided to attack a small male dog walking by. Luckily I managed to pull him off before any harm was done but I yelled at him like a maniac to get him to back off, I'm sure the whole neighbourhood heard me, and that's why my throat is sore. I have female dogs for a reason. Ok I didn't send the email and then I had: Snack: 2/3 pack cottage cheese (2 gr carb in mine) + 2 t of spicy carrot/veggie sauce (<1g carb) for a total of 20 carbs (including 3 fiber). And as always, tons and tons of water.
