Guest guest
i hear ya about the sleeping! i was on all the sleep aids and NONE worked for me. i eventually just stopped taking the anti anxiety meds (my dr had me reduce gradually) as i began exercising more. i noticed that regular exercise has really improved my sleep way more than i ever thought it could. just 30 min of walking seems to help so much. i used to have REALLY crazy anxious dreams, too. i would wake up feeling like i had not slept at all! but those are all gone now! i wish you well in getting to sleep! Guest guest
I don't know if this applies to you but it may be part of a mood disorder (unlikely I know, but that can be a symptom, if combined with irratibility, nervousness, or other stuff.) My aunt used to complain of insomnia but would drink caffeine during the day that would hit her at night. Hope it all works out.
