thanks ladies. What you need to understand is that is not a one day buffet. This

is for three weeks, all meals.

I sure can relate..... the last 3 summers ( I graduated last July ) I was at the University of Wisconsin at management school for 3 weeks. We stayed in the dorms and had all 3 meals at the cafeteria, and the food was THE BEST !!! The deserts were amazing and over the 21 days I tried what ever looked good. After a few days they lost their magic, believe it or not. I found it so freeing ( besides having someone else to cook and do dishes ).... each meal I had exactly what I felt like eating ,and I became very selective having so much to choose from. I also made sure I stopped when I was no longer hungry ..... so I would be hungry when the next meal time came so I could pa rouse the buffet to see what was calling to me. We also did alot of walking around campus, so that helped alot ! My weight stayed the same... I didn't

lose, but I had what I liked and enjoyed my self. I hope you can find the positive in your time there.....try to relax and enjoy it.

Everyone eats differently so eating at a table with others is also challening. I want what they have. The fact that it was three weeks was clear. I would imagine by three weeks if

you gave yourself unconditional permission you might find most of the food there

has lost its appeal.

Thanks,

Try to relax.

I read once that people face the overeating problem when being on

holiday and eat from buffets but that it ceases after a few days and

people go back to smaller portions again.
