Guest guest Posted March 23, 2003 Report Share Posted March 23, 2003 Tinad, I have to stack tongue depressors on top of one another and place them between my teeth,(upper and lower molars) holding them there for 1 minute. I use a rubber band to keep them together. I am supposed to add one as soon as I feel any " extra " space. I am up to 10 and think I may try for 11 today. It hurts. Not excrutiating, but nonetheless very painful.
