For Carol - diet after blended's

Carol,

You will move to the next phase of foods which you introduce over a 4-5 day

period.

Phase 1 - Soft cooked eggs (scrambled or poached), Mild low fat cheese (1 oz

with 5 crackers),

1 oz fish & chicken.

Phase 2 - Casseroles ( 1/2 C.. I have stretched this one a bit and have had

lasagna, shepards pie, stuffing [on xmas], baked ziti w/chicken & brocolli)

not real sure if I'm suppose to be eating pasta at this time, but I have a

hard time eating a 1/2 C in this category and it is so nice to add such

variety to your diet..), omlets, all kinds of soup, luncheon meats [1 slice],

meatloaf (I had a 1/4 of a meatball with my lasagna), steamed vegies..

Phase 3 - 1 oz chicken, turkey or beef, 1 slice toasted bread, raw fruits,

raw vegies and salad..

Within 2 weeks I can eat just about anything... I think my stomach is lined

with cast iorn...

I vomitted last night for the first time on brocolli and cheese casserole [i

think it was too rich, although I eliminated the milk and butter from the

recipe, may have just been too much cheese], I won't be trying that for a

while..
