Guest guest
" Though I've gained weight, I've lost many of the food issues that were weighing me down. " ~I find this phrase calming. This is what I say to myself when I start getting a little consumed by the weight I gained during the food-freeing phase. It helps me keep the big picture in mind. In time, my weight will settle at a weight that is right for my body. Though I'm at my heaviest, I accept and respect myself more than ever. That's freedom. Hope y'all find it helpful too. Guest guest
Freja ~ I just finished listening to the IE CDs...and good for you. This is what they talked a lot about. Making peace with food and not worrying about weight gain, if that's what happens, as it does for many people when starting the IE way. Eventually hunger and fullness will become automatic for us and the weight loss will follow " naturally " . So you are living what I was listening to on these CDs. thanks. > > " Though I've gained weight, I've lost many of the food issues that were weighing me down. " > > ~I find this phrase calming.
