Guest guest Posted December 13, 2000 Report Share Posted December 13, 2000 Sue I wanted to add that when I eat veggies now I cook them till soft still, no more crunchy broccoli or carrots, just soft limp ones. I eat a lot of cabbage and onions and squash now. When I rarely eat salads, its minus the crunchies and mostly lettuce, tomatoes (watch out for the skin), cukes (I think cuz they are juicy) stuff like that, and I was months out before I could do these kinds of raw veggies. b Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I AM NOW EATING IN RESTAURANTS AND I TAKE 1/2 OR 3/4 OF THE MEALS HOME. I DO MAKE SURE THAT I DO NOT OVEREAT. TODAY I HAD STEAK FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A RESTAURANT.
