Guest guest
, That dextrose in the Hains salt really surprised me, as well. I have been buying kosher sea salt in bulk boxes. It is very strong and too thick crystals to fit in a salt shaker but we keep it on the kitchen table in a tiny open bowl. Hope this helps. , Mom to non ASD, IBD daughter, age 8, whole family SCD 11/03 no Imodium since 12/03, Nortryptaline & Imitrex (migraines) other daughters ages 11 and
Guest guest
I just read the ingredients of the salt I have been using on the SCD. The ingredients are: salt, calcium silicate(anticaking agent), dextrose, potassium iodide, sodium bicarbonate. I am thinking this is illegal ....I thought it was just sea salt...til I just read! Help please. If this is not permissable what brand salt can I use? Thank you, SCD 2 months for , 5yo,PDD-NOS, gf/cf 2 years & doing the best ever on SCD!!
