That is so right, IMO. It may be so that some people need to stick to a schedule (like diabetics, for instance), but most of us will feel able or not able to go without food for longer periods of time. I am able to wait longer for food, and not eat so much because I'm working on my hunger signals. I'm having trouble stopping, though, once I start snacking or eating, based on my hunger signals. As I'm reading your posts, though, it occurs to me that I probably can stop eating more often than I have been doing, especially when I go out to eat. Thanks. CindiSubject: Re: Not Hungry TodayTo:
