Guest guest
Hi ) For better or worse, had an x-ray, not an MRI- no mention of his cervical area, though it was on the x-ray. There were two taken- from the front and from the side. " right thoracolumbar curvature to be 43 degrees " seems to sound as though it could be problematic. However the " 45 degrees of thoracic kyphosis " , from what I understand is not - as 40 degrees is normal. is flat footed and tended to pronate quite a bit, compensating by walking like a very little old man when he was a very little young man ) - he had shoe inserts and then AFO (ankle-foot orthotics) for a while - which helped his posture while standing and walking alot. The torticollis didn't become evident until he was 12 and improved quite a bit with focused physical therapy (at least the range of motion). The scoliosis/kyphosis only recently as he has grown quite a bit. The link is for the specific brace will be getting - a Milwaukee brace - it is quite cumbersome and thorough. Yuck. ) I liked your closing line ) smiles~! yuka
