This session will be a walk through the forest of Florida State regulations on eligibility, evaluations, provision of services, related services, and procedural safeguards for students with disabilities. There will be limited discussion of gifted rules as they affect twice exceptional students. Participants will receive a copy of the latest Redbook titled "Florida Statutes and State Board of Education Rules" (Revised 2009), which will be used in the workshop.
