I hate when I do this. I see something on the counter, my kids are eating it,

or it's in the pantry, and I have no desire to eat it - I'm not hungry, it

doesn't appeal to me in any way, but I talk myself into trying 'just one - in a

silly challenge to prove that I can eat just one'. Today it was Sterzings potato

chips, and dog gone it I ate nearly the whole bag... Then I felt kind of sick.

Why the heck am I doing this to myself? Worst of all, I truly did not want

them... I had eaten some the day b4, allowed myself to enjoy them and felt

satisfied when I was done.
