Vit B/low stomach acid connection

I remember that a while ago Vicki said she had had good improvement in

her R by using Vitamin B. And Tricia said that people with R have low

stomach acid. I found a connection between the two at:

http://www.healthyideas.com/healing/oncall/rosacea.html

" Sometimes rosacea appears to be due to a deficiency of the B vitamins

caused, most often, by malabsorption because of insufficient stomach

acid. When this is the case, the combination of hydrochloric acid and

vitamin B complex seems to cause the condition to clear, although no

scientific (double-blind) studies have been done to confirm this. "

Thanks Geraldine for the research - its true - everything I read relates to

the both. Bcomplex aids in digestion through the production of HCL in the

stomach. Without HCL alot is left undigested causing proteins to get into

the blood stream where they DO NOT belong (also causing LEAKY GUT SYNDROME)

and therefore causing " allergic response " and the body is left to eliminate

the " toxins " either thu the colon but if thats backed up then the skin takes

over.

It is something that should be added to the diet without a doubt - plus it

helps other things at the same time.
