Guest guest Posted June 23, 2009 Report Share Posted June 23, 2009 Hi Everyone ~ What is IE's suggestion on drinking fluids (water). Most " diets " want you to drink 8 glasses a day. Are we supposed to try and fit all this water in...OR...is this like food, when we feel the need, we fill the need.
