u can get aqueous iodine from the chemist and put a drop on the

underarm whiih seems to help greatly with hypothyroid. idoine seems

to also be used by the pancreas and anti yeast sytems in the body so

it has general benefit, but you need to be precise with the amount,

these solutions are very intense, you need to work out how many mg/ml

idodine you are getting and possibly diluting the solution. iodine

may also help with mercury toxicity.
