Guest guest
Oh yes! Yesmin endocrinologist Who to see depends on what the problem may be. If it is a growth issue or precocious puberty, many of my patients go to Dr. Freidman in Pembroke Pines or Dr. Reddy in Boca(He has another office also, but I am not sure where). If it is for diabetes or a thyroid issue than Dr. Motkin -Kava, or Dr. Nemerys group. Hope that helps. Josie Stone
Guest guest
As soon as my son hit puberty he became very aggressive. Up until then he had never been on a prescribed medication. We used only B vitamin therapy. I am told by his neurologist that it should subside about the time he hits age 40. Yikes! Guest guest
Sorry Rene', but I have to disagree that the aggression is " learned behavior " . My son doesn't see people in our home punching the wall or biting other's. My son was a calm, loving, well mannered, non- aggressive person until he hit puberty. He was never on any prescribed medications until then. We had used a vitamin nutrient therapy and nothing else. When he hit puberty, he started to have periods were he was easily caused to become angry and aggressve. Just my experience as the mother of a kid who was and is going through this. G. > > Hi All, > It is incorrect to say that puberty is what causes " aggression " . Aggression (e.g., hitting, biting, kicking, pinching, others etc) is a learned behavior and can be helped with the use ofApplied Behavior Analysis strategies. When we change an individuals environment, we can change their behavior. > Saulnier, M.S., BCBA > > > >
