I have my 6 month check-up on the 30th and would so LOVE to be within 15 pounds of my goal weight.. right now I am 179.. and holding.. if I can get to 169 in the next month, I will feel great! > Trish and , I had the same trouble!!! I have gone from 256 to 179 in just 5 months.. that's certainly something to be proud of! Yeah..
