I had that happen too.. and it did start to pick up again.. I just

haven't had it move in a while.. but don't you worry! You will get

there.. we just gotta have faith!

Thanks for the advice... I am trying to keep hopeful. If I can get

into the 160's before January 22nd.. I will be happy! I have my 6

month check-up on the 30th and would so LOVE to be within 15 pounds

of my goal weight.. right now I am 179.. and holding.. if I can get

to 169 in the next month, I will feel great!

Oh!! good thought!!!!!! I hope that it is muscle.. I am just so

ready for it to be moving again.. though I am grateful.. I have gone

from 256 to 179 in just 5 months.. that's certainly something to be

proud of! Yeah.. I will just keep focused on the muscle!!!!

Not to trivialize this thought at all. It is good! Just had a giggle here,

as I thought about the strongest muscle I know, the mouth!
