Whenever I get 'stuck' in my IE journey what works for me is to pick

ONE IE thing that I can focus on and let that be enough for the

moment. This has helped me from feeling overwhelmed and a 'failure'

because I'm not 'getting it' (usually a sign that I'm trying to be

perfect and do it ALL at once too).

I agree Kim - for me its what I called the osmosis method - being

near/around/immersed in IE thought until I can have it as my first and

desired thought instead of imposed diet mentality.

be anxious about food choices.  That no food is illegal.  Sort of like

anything you want to memorize and internalize (poetry, Bible verses,

recipes, etc!)  you have to repeat it to yourself until it is part of

who you are.
