Multi's a good but you must include a separate bcomplex vitamin - b's work best when taken in complex - if they are taken sparately they can deplete other b's in the body. If you need to take a specific b vitamin then it is encouraged that you take a bcomplex with the additional b on top of it. Also, multi without iron is best as it is constipating and men do not need as much iron as women. Vitamin C is a neccessity - you would include this in addition to the multi as a multi doesnt give enough of one particluar vitamin or mineral. RE: enzymes - just pick one and try it out, when it runs out try anoother if you like. Its not like buying a car or house or choosing a wife You dont have to commit to more than a month or bottle at a time. I take enzymes with meals and in between. Digestive Aid with meals and MegaZyme inbetween. I also try new ones all the time. Those two I always have around but like I said I try different ones all the time and interchange them depending on my mood........ Regardless of your condition - you need vitamins and minerals in a supplement. Our food and the soil it is grown in just isnt what it used to be. It has been depleted of minerals do to agri chemicals and therefore the food is grown without these. Organic is the best choice here but still supplementation is advised. I hope that this clears a bit of your frustration! Solgar is a very good quality of vitamins but there are others. Cost usually indicates quality. Dont scrimp when it comes to your health. Solgar isnt all that expensive and I like the fact that they are in dark coloured glass bottles as opposed to plastic. Let me know if you have any other questions.
