Need help with an infection in ortho Please?

Hi. The doc dictates the following:

Chief Complaint: Follow-up for her ____________.

Hx of Present Illness: She still has some swelling, and on removal of the

packing there is some pus behind it.

PLAN: I have asked her to soak the finger. I have switched her to Keflex,

and we will see her at the end of the week, or earlier if the finger gets worse.
