Guest guest Posted January 25, 2003 Report Share Posted January 25, 2003 I want to thank the support group for helping me try one more time in attmpting to obtain insurance coverage for my daughter's orthognathic in May. By using words and ideas expressd in here, the third letter in this journey to a LeForte sounds as if it might do the trick. Even the doctor indicated that insurance often denies, denies, approves, just to make you work harder for it and on the off chance you'll give up... uhh, not at that cost! Our company even tried to pass this surgery off as " cosmetic surgery " a total no-no. To all those folks out there dealing with BC BS, I'd say study your policy and make sure that what you are dianosed with is explained in the same language as in the policy.
