Guest guest
I've been wondering about 2 things lately. 1. Since my weight gain began when access to milk was limited, could it be what caused me to start and continue gaining weight? As a child and young adult, I began EVERY supper with chugging a large glass of milk, refilling it, eating a bit of supper, then finishing my second glass, Sometimes refilling again. I remember the awesome fullness and not getting hungry after supper. I also remember the cold soothing feeling as the milk went down my throat and into my tummy. 2. I just had my gall bladder out, because after 6 years (and 60 pounds of gain from 3:00 am milkshakes to settle the discomfort) I finally realized the gnawing in my chest was indigestion! I slept well for two months and assumed it was cured. Now I'm thinking it's probably indigestion again. Someone else spoke about the other feelings in the tummy that are not hunger. I do think maybe I should take a Prilosec before bed... Knobloch Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device from U.S. Cellular
