Guest guest
We are going to be traveling on a family vacation for 10 days and I am trying to figure out a way to keep my son's nut yogurt intake consistent. He's eating about 2 TBS/day - so I make a batch about 2ce a week (yeah, sometimes I get into it too - it tastes so good!) We are going from fridge to fridge (so to speak) with ice/dry ice in between (longest drive 6 hours) for the frozen home-made SCD waffles and other things to make life easier and keep things consistent for him. How long can you keep the nut yogurt in the fridge? I will have access to some kitchens, but yogurt making means bringing more kitchen appliances than I was hoping to! Any suggestions? We're in the middle of a big yeast battle, so I'm trying to keep the probiotics and yogurt as consistent as possible! Thanks!
