Guest guest
Too bad you don't live closer. I have a cyber-friend who just went to work for them less than a year after graduation. I don't want to tell her wage but it is between $15-20 per hour. Full benefits. Nice office/cubicle area with big windows and great view. Four MTs to one nice-sized cubicle, but MTs are quiet and respectful of each other. Each cube has a full set of Stedman's ref books plus other well-known, good references. MTs are actually nice to each other. Supes are wonderful too, my friend says. If you can't hear drug or something else from dictator you can just look in electronic patient chart. MTs can beep QA person, who will come to their DESK, mind you. (I kind of like that, hehe...) AFAIK, all their MTs are onsite. I think my cyber-friend is still on this list, so speak up if you are out there! You know who you are. *G* Paid by hour but with expected min of 70-80 minutes of dictation per day, which is a piece of cake for most MTs. Sure you don't want to move, ? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rennie My Home Page: http://www.renesue.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dilemma > I have been taking an on-line MT course since October and am really > enjoying it.
