state rankings for medicaid

Hi y'all,Our non profit company hoping to help any and all families that suffer with sleep issues, is excited to tell you all that VA medicaid has approved the funding for one of our beds and we are in the process of getting another one approved. Virginia is ranked 41 and Florida is ranked 18. The ranking states that they are ranking the quality of service medicaid provides, but maybe Florida medicaid will cover a bed for a family in need since Virginia has.Please let me know if there is anyone out there that would like information on how to get this process started.Thanks,Rose , Mom & President, Sleep Safe Bed inc.
