Can anyone suggest a good pediatric dermatologist in south Palm beach North Broward county? I can't find Dr Altman (hasn't been in Plantation +1.5 yrs) and Dr Calobrisi doesn't accept any insurance. Any help would be great...I have a three year special needs boy with a mole that's growing really fast. Thanks!!

Dr. Johr is really good and has practiced for a long time.

A friend goes to Dr. Mosquera and likes her a lot. I don't know about Dr.

Mosquera personally, but if you choose her, you can discuss your childs level of

function etc. with the receptionist when you call to make the appointment, to

make sure the doctor can deal with your child appropriately.

Try Finkelstein. She is a PA but is very good. My son and I have been seeing her for years. Her hubby is an SLP at Dan Marino and she has some sensitivity with our kids. I know the office we see her at is in Fort Lauderdale; University and Oakland Park Blvd. but she also spends time at 2 other offices in Coral Springs. Try this number:

Dr Bullard is the pediatrician. He usually refers out for dermatology issues if its something that keeps coming back.
