Guest guest Posted June 17, 2009 Report Share Posted June 17, 2009 Eliza I always do my exercises in the morning after I eat breakfast and once I have given my food a little time to settle. I do this because I know if I try to do it at a different time I will feel tired or lazy and not want to do it. If 2 hours before you go to bed is working for you keep doing it at that time. Eva This morning I was kind of boring and thought why not do some research on exercise stuff. End up curious about when is the best time to exercises? Morning, afternoon, or evening? For myself that I feel more comfort doing it at least about 2 hours before my bedtime and the result had really works for me. It is interest thing to do some researching on different people has different prefer time of the day to do their exercises. Have any of you had prefer time of day to do exercises?
