Guest guest
Thank you so much Gai. She definitely dictated it as o (letter) but that is a common error. I sometimes say o as the letter when giving a phone number with an 0 in it. Now if I can only figure out the adaptic. I am wondering if she isn't referring to Betadyne adaptic? Is there such a thing? Guest guest
Aliceanne, When I was training to be an MT, regarding sutures: They would always be 3-0 nylon sutures or whatever type of suture they were dictating. 3 (0) or 4 (0) would always 3-0 or 4-0. I was trained at M-TEC. I hope that is helpful. suture My first surgical procedure. Doc is dictating " the skin was sutured with 3 0 nylon. " She says o as a letter but when I did a google it looked more like a 0 (zero) Any help apprciated. And how come this is not in Stedmans surgical equip.? Did I type 3 0 correctly or should there be a hyphen or virguile. I do not see anything on the google search other than 3 0 Thanks. Guest guest
Thank you as I did not see any 3-0 listed under Sutures or Nylon in Stedmans Medial and Surgical Equipment words. You guys are great.
