Guest guest
Hi Dawn: Veal scallopini is like a veal cutlet only sliced almost paper thin. The picatta sauce is made with lemon juice, chicken broth, garlic and capers. You could have it with chicken too. I'd be happy to send you the recipe if you would like it. Dawn wrote: , Sounds good to me, although I have NO IDEA what veal scallopine w/picatta sauce is, but I'd most likely like it, less the veal.(I don't do veal). HAPPY NEW YEAR! Dawn <<<who's off to bed to sleep off her 2 1/2 glasses of NEW YEAR wine! How Did I Do Today? Hi Everyone! If you will indulge me, I'd like to post what I ate today - and get some feedback about whether this was better than what I had been eating before. Thanks in advance. Breakfast: 1/2 protein shake Snack: 1 pear 1 oz cheese Lunch: 1 mini pizza with tomato sauce and cheese Dinner: 5 oz veal scallopine with piccata (lemon) sauce 2 oz mashed potatoes Snack: 10 strawberries with sour cream and splenda I tried to time them so they were 2-3 hours apart. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
