a few weeks ago I found the online exercise video section at Netflix and have found a couple of " standing pilates " videos that I really like - you can do them barefoot and for a few minutes at time, and it's a great whole-body toner without a lot of jumping around that just feels like " exercise to burn calories " mentality that I'm trying to get away from.

 

Well, I'm I love the concept but am still having trouble incorporating them into " daily life " at home (you know, the " 4 kids and a full time job " excuse!) ...BUT... I just realized that I can play them on my computer in my bedroom and at work too, not just through our TiVo in the living room ... so.... I can actually close my office door at lunchtime and throw in a little 10 minute mini-exercise session that won't get me all sweaty :)

 

I'm going to try it today!

ps- if you didn't know, for less than $10/month you get unlimited access to Netflix online content that you can download through your DVR or play on any computer.  We've saved a ton of money on DVD rentals this way, as well as finding workout videos :)
