I've read Intuitive Eating, When Food is love, and I have ordered When Women Stop Hating their bodies. I want Breaking Free. But I have to choose between Breaking free: from emotional eating or: from ompulsive eating. Are they similar or different? I'm not sure how much my overeating hinges on emotion though... Thanks! Many of the books have reviews written by members here who have read them. Its the emotional driven eating that ultimately unlocks the mystery of non-body eating. You may want to look into the Foods & Feelings Workbook ( Koenig) to make that connection for yourself.
