Resources to be shared include:* Indicator 13 resources (CT)* transition planning resources (CT)* transition services survey (CT)* Indicator 13 and Indicator 14 tools and resources (IL)* transition practices self-assessment (IL)* transition professional development modules (IL) Please join us for this information session by doing the following-1.
