Guest guest Posted February 21, 2009 Report Share Posted February 21, 2009 Today I got out of bed and realised I have an I-feel-freaking-huge-day. I still have problems coping with that. I want to go on a dit on such days. I want to weigh myself on such days (just to look at " how bad " it really is). I feel awful today, eating wise. Yes, I ate quite a lot yesterday. I also overate. I just want this sensation of " HUGE " and " FAT FREAK " going away. It feels AWFUL. How do you all deal with these sensation? Regards s.
