Guest guest Posted August 2, 2001 Report Share Posted August 2, 2001 Hi, everyone, I just joined, well, a couple of days ago, I have been lurking and reading the posts. I started Atkins 3 weeks ago at 250lbs, and am now 238lbs, but am having problems with fruit, I don't have any problem with chocolate or sweets, but I really miss fruit and today ate about half a cup of blueberries, then felt so guilty, my weight has been yo-yoing up and down this week, a pound or two, and it is realy frustrating, you think you have had a good day, then find you have gone up, not down. I know it is my fault, it is something I am not doing right, my ketosis is the same, I get it a nice dark mauve and next day it's back to beige, please help me. Jude.
