Based on the normalization of liver enzymes one would think that your

liver may be failing. As there is less tissue/cells available to be

destroyed and therefore release enzymes into the blood. However, your

normal INR despite being on coumadin and the unreported and presumed

normal serum albumin and lack of ascites suggests that this is not the

case. Sadly, this disease can feel absolutely horrible with reasonable

liver function. It is very difficult to deal with the symptoms and the

fact that despite how terrible we feel, it will get worse. Sorry to be

the bearer of bad news. I would assume you are taking Urso or Actigal

and that in itself may be suppressing your liver function tests.
