Back Pains

Here's another one that my Maine-accented doctor is saying that I have

replayed 40-bazillion times and can't understand..

This lady has bad back pains and he says she walks with a s/l nonintillic

gait.

Can't get a hit on google for this and my Stedman dictionary doesn't have it

either.

Is that a real word, or can't I chalk this one up to his accent....!!
