Amazed

Since I have finally take a break from reading so much in this IE book. Stop at

chapter 7. That give me time and think this through what I have had reading.

Today I went to do some clothes shopping so that I can find that fit me. I have

so many clothes here that are not even fit me at all tend cause me unhappy with

myself. I also work on pack up all those clothes that are not fit me. I feel

more lighter than before I have had in long time. Also I have write one long

journal few nights ago and I feel much more hapier than in long time I have had

this feel.

I am amazed how this book had show me the way to live my life better.

That is good to read Eliza. I know I was also amazed how much I saw myself in

the IE book. It kills the 'I'm alone. I'm what's wrong. " B$ pretty effectively!

It took me a lot longer to go thru my clothes as I sew many of them and its hard

to part with these. What amazes me after doing this is that I haven't missed one

item!

Keep up the excellent work and thanks for sharing your journey with us too. You

are inspiring
