Welcome to the club, ! You're not alone, believe me. We all struggle with one thing or another--or many things--about eating, and we all hate the D- word!

Like you, I'm a multi-tasker, but for the past 25 days I've eaten most of my meals at the table with NO TV. Have to admit I've caught myself reading, but my goal is to enjoy my food--see, smell, touch, taste--without distraction, which I got from Geneen Roth's book. Also, I've given up eating in the CAR. Believe me, this is a milestone, because I'm always on the run.

The great thing is we get to eat whatever we want, whenever we want. I bought a 6-pack of MiniBons, which I froze, and I've eaten one for breakfast several days in a row. I also bought my favorite chocolate and ate some everyday--until Saturday. For some reason--don't ask me why--I just wasn't in the mood for any. I can't remember any day before that when I didn't eat chocolate, unless I was dieting. Oooops, said the D-word. lol

Like you, I also have trouble figuring out how full I am at ANY time, unless I'm painfully full, so I can't give you any advice on that. Guess I've suppressed my body's natural signals for so long that I will have to learn all over how to recognize them.

Glad you're onboard.
