Hi all,

I am new here. Have a 3y/3m old ASD son. GFCF since he was 15

months old. Now wanting to go SCD. Should I still stay casein

free?????? I absolutely hate the " goaty " taste of goat anything and

so does my son. What other kind of yogurt can I give him if I

should stay casein free????? Thanks.

Initially yes.

one can get accustomed to many things

how old is your son?

" What other kind of yogurt can I give him if I

Nut yoghurt, although goat yoghurt may be tolerable in a later stage,

don't say 'farewell' yet. Please do visit www.pecanbread for all info

you need. Print, read, re-read.

He is three years, 3 months.

Is there a place I can get the instructions for the nut yoghurt?

What is the " base " for it so that it gets those living cultures???

Go to www.pecanbread.com, recipes, scroll till 'nut drinks etc'.

The key ingredients are the honey and the fat from the nuts. Plus the

3-strain yoghurt starter from CP.
