Guest guest
Hi all, I am new here. Have a 3y/3m old ASD son. GFCF since he was 15 months old. Now wanting to go SCD. Should I still stay casein free?????? I absolutely hate the " goaty " taste of goat anything and so does my son. What other kind of yogurt can I give him if I should stay casein free????? Thanks. Guest guest
" Should I still stay casein free?????? " Initially yes. " I absolutely hate the " goaty " taste of goat anything and so does my son " one can get accustomed to many things how old is your son? " What other kind of yogurt can I give him if I should stay casein free " Nut yoghurt, although goat yoghurt may be tolerable in a later stage, don't say 'farewell' yet. Please do visit www.pecanbread for all info you need. Print, read, re-read. Go to www.pecanbread.com, recipes, scroll till 'nut drinks etc'. The key ingredients are the honey and the fat from the nuts. Plus the 3-strain yoghurt starter from CP.
